This easy, quick, satisfying treat is great for a rushed morning or pre/post workout snack.


Bananas & Peanut Butter


Ingredients


1 banana

2 tblsp all natural peanut butter


Peel and cut banana into one inch thick slices. Spread peanut butter on each slice and enjoy. Optionally, sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on top or use crunchy peanut butter for a nice texture.
