Ingredients
1 c water
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp matcha
Pinch of salt
1 tblsp coconut oil
1 tblsp collagen powder
1 tblsp pumpkin seeds
1 tblsp sunflower seeds
1/3 c raw walnuts
3/4 c blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 c mangoes (fresh or frozen)
Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz on high until smooth.
