These treats are an easy, no bake recipe great for when you need something sweet and hassle free.
Ingredients
1/2 c all natural smooth or crunchy almond butter
1 tblsp coconut oil
5 oz dark chocolate
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp fine salt
4 c crispy rice cereal
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Add coconut oil and dark chocolate into a medium sized, microwave safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each 30 second blast, until chocolate is melted. Remove from microwave and stir in salt, vanilla extract, and almond butter until smooth. Then stir cereal into the chocolate mix one cup at a time until thoroughly combined. Finally, press into the prepped pan and refrigerate until firm (about 45 minutes).
