Strawberry Almond Smoothie

Get your day started healthfully with this berry and almond loaded smoothie.

Strawberry Almond Smoothie



Ingredients


1 c almond milk (unsweetened)

Juice of half a lime

2 tblsp coconut oil

3 tblsp almond butter (unsweetened, unsalted)

1 1/2 c frozen strawberries

3 raw walnuts

1 tblsp flaxseeds

Pinch salt

1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

5 g fresh ginger, peeled and chopped (about a 1 inch piece)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blitz on high until smooth. Pour into glasses and enjoy a healthy smoothie.
