Strawberry Mango Ice Pops

These sweet strawberry mango ice pops are a refreshing treat on hot summer days. There are only six ingredients and no added sugar.


Strawberry Mango Ice Pops



Ingredients


1 heaping cup frozen mango

Juice of one lemon (about 1/4 c juice)

6 ripe, organic strawberries

3/4 c water or coconut milk

1/3 tsp ground cinnamon

Pinch of fine sea salt


This mix makes enough to fill six standard ice pop molds. Add frozen mango, water, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to a blender and blend until smooth. Hull and thinly slice the strawberries. Layer the sliced strawberries evenly in the molds. Pour the mango mix evenly into the molds (about 1/3 c per mold). Add the ice pop sticks and then freeze until set (about 5 hours).
