Ingredients
6 oz dark chocolate (70%+ cacao), chopped
4 tblsp unsalted, pasture raised, grass fed butter
3/4 c walnuts, chopped
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Line a 1/8 sheet pan with parchment paper. Add dark chocolate and butter into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second intervals stirring between each interval, until almost all of the chocolate is melted. Remove from the microwave and add in salt and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Microwave a few more seconds if any chocolate remains solid.
Next, stir in the chopped walnuts and pour mixture into the lined sheet pan. Spread to fill the pan with an even layer of chocolate and nuts. Place in the fridge to set for at least 30 minutes, ideally, overnight. Then cut into desired serving sizes and store in an airtight container. Keep refrigerated.
